This is part of a custom designed vacuum manifold, part of a tool for handling stainless steel window hinges.
I designed the manifold, produced the drawings, ordered the parts, and built and tested the tool.
This is the fully built up tool. It uses single bellows 15mm PIAB cups and 4x integrated COAX vacuum generators.
This was the first prototype, using 3d printed parts to validate the overall concept. The tool mounted on an ABB IRB 1600.
